At My Forever Tooth Fairy, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is as magical and seamless as possible. Below you will find our shipping policy, including details on postage rates, delivery times, and our return process.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Ireland:
- Standard Shipping: €5.95 up to 2kg
- Delivery Time: 2-5 business days
- Free Delivery: On all orders over €65
United Kingdom:
- Standard Shipping: £5.95 up to 2kg
- Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
- Free Delivery: On all orders over £65
Other Destinations:
- Europe, USA, Canada, and other international destinations: Rates and delivery times to be confirmed. Please check back for updates.
- Note: For orders outside of the EU, consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Additional Shipping Information
- Business Days: Shipping and estimated delivery times relate to business days (Monday - Friday), excluding all Irish holidays.
- Extreme Weather and Customs Delays: Conditions and customs security delays are outside of our control and may impact delivery times.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love your My Forever Tooth Fairy products, but if you need to return an item, please follow our return guidelines:
- Return Period: Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Shipping Method: Returns must be sent by tracked courier. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Visit our returns page to process.
- Exclusions: Sale items do not qualify for returns. Items received as gifts cannot be returned as we require the cardholder details.
- Processing Time: Allow up to 14 days from the receipt of your return for refund processing. Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear on your bank statement.
Customs and Duties
For international orders, customs and duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for more information. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that may be applicable to your order. Any charges for import clearance will be paid by the customer.
